Wind I additional practices start today to prepare for our trip to Sacrament and All State this winter.

FIRST PLACE! RBV takes home first for band and 2nd for drumline from the Westview tournament. Our band has continued to grow and improve every week, and we are officially going to championships November 23rd!

11/12/24

We will be having a parent meeting to discuss the tournament and a dress rehearsal performance on November 14th. Your student needs to be at this practice! We are filming our submission for the Macy's Day Parade with the goal of marching there in the near future.

Wind I to perform at Ocean Hills Veteran's Day Monday 11/11 10-12. A thank you to our veterans and a chance to see a Wind I performance.

Shop online and get your Ranchwear ahead of tournament! You can order online and we'll bring it to your student at school for pick up. Look for the Ranchwear booth Saturday the 16th. We are well stocked with shirts, hoodies in maroon and black and have most sizes available!

Check your email for the Los Altos Field Tournament itinerary. This is our longest distance tournament and we head up to Hacienda Heights early in the day.

Trunk or Treat tomorrow night! Parents are welcome to decorate their car if they'd like, bring some candy and help us celebrate Halloween.

Check your email for full details our next tournament at Vista High on October 12th. Because this is a local competition, students are expected to provide their own transportation and arrive at VHS no later than 4pm. Don't forget your equipment and either bring your own food or expect to order food from the VHS concessions. Students must carpool back to RBV after the tournament to help unload uniforms, pillows and equipment.

Band Newsletter. Check your email for the lastest from RBV Band Boosters. Now is the time to apply for City of Vista scholarships to help pay for your student band account. Bandcoming 2024 is October 20th! Your last date to purchase tickets is 10/11/24. Tickets are $30. Have questions? Join us October 16th at 6-6:30pm for our next Band meeting.
